1.0 video <p>Donny Ronny, the artist name of Rietveld alumnus Gover Meit (formerly known as Stefano Keizers) is proud to present an episode of Rietveld / RATveld TV. </p><p>The episode, named “I am art myself” explores the question of what it means to be a true artist. Being a contemporary clown with a focus on the ‘reality’ of things, Donny Ronny reflects on the lessons that he's learned. </p><p>Through the eyes and wisdom of Burkina Faso based artist Papa Adama, we learn a little true philosophy. By connecting Papa’s purist lifestyle to young and aspiring artist Jessica Kuhn’s fresh look on things, we are confronted with two different roads we could take - both artificial, both as real as can be.</p><p>But in the end, as usual, we are left alone with lies.</p><p><strong>Note from the curatorial team:</strong></p><p>Donny Ronny, formerly known as Stefano Keizers, is a Dutch artist known for pushing the boundaries of cabaret.
